Petersburg has over 100 employee vacancies, top positions empty for months

PETERSBURG—The city has over 100 employee vacancies and a spattering number of employees missing from top positions such as fire chief, deputy city manager, finance director, chief deputy clerk, assistant director of social services, assistant manager of Billings and Collections, and transit director.
