Integrated Diagnostics Holdings PLC – consumer healthcare firm with operations in Egypt, Jordan, Sudan and Nigeria – Chief Executive Officer Hend El Sherbini has purchased 2.0 million shares between October 10 and October 16. Purchases were made by Hena Holdings Ltd, the vehicle through which El Sherbini owns her shares. Hena Holdings remains Integrated Diagnostics’s single largest shareholder, with 162.4 million shares and a 27% stake. Hend…
