Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have donated a whopping £8,000 to fund a footballing dad’s career-defining knee operation. Jordan Tunnicliffe, who used to play for the Hollywood stars’ Wrexham team, suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury to his right knee during a game for non-league Farnborough in February.
The 32-year-old will be out of contract in two months so fears having no income to support his wife Rio, 32, and eight-month-old son Barnaby.
